We obtain the following personal information:

Our service websites and applications may contain links to external sites. When we receive a request for disclosure of personal information from a user in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will disclose such information to the user after confirming that the request is made by them by requesting the submission of identification documents, etc. If the required personal information does not exist, we will notify the same to the user.
However, this does not apply to cases wherein we are not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. Please note that a fee (1,000 yen per request) will be charged for disclosing personal information. Please refer to “9. Inquiries” for details related to information disclosure requests.
When we receive a request from a user to correct, add, or delete their personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law because the information is not true, we will confirm the authenticity of the user by requesting them to submit their identification document(s) and then conduct the necessary investigation. Based on the results of the investigation, we will update the content of the personal information and notify the user to that effect (if we decide not to correct the personal information, we will notify the user to that effect).
However, this shall not apply in cases where we are not obligated to make such corrections under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations. For specific correction procedures, please refer to 9. Inquiries.
